This website does not use any cookies, tracking technology or stores any personal information. No external connections are made without your explicit interaction (e.g. in case of videos hosted on Youtube) and all links, that refer to external websites are marked as such with [↗]. In short, I don't care about your data. It's yours and should stay in your control. If a company cares too much about your data, you should probably search for an alternative, if a website is not usable without handing over your data to hundreds of shady third parties, it´s probably not worth it and if your government "cares" too much about your data without giving you a choice, you should probably do something about it.

This feature ensures, that you do not have to change the settings from the default, each time you use the drum tools. You can clear your local storage by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

I embed videos from YouTube to showcase my work, where no other method is applicable, for example for works that were created for and published by a third party. If you visit one of the pages that features an embedded video, a connection to the YouTube servers is only established after clicking on the video thumbnail. Showcasing my work on my portfolio page using YouTube as video platform constitutes a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.
YouTube is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When playing an embedded YouTube video any site, the YouTube server is informed about which page you have visited. If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Sandboxing services such as YouTube from other sites you visit, e.g. by using the Firefox Multi-Account Containers [↗] is generally a good idea.
Further information about handling user data, can be found in the data protection declaration of YouTube under https://policies.google.com/privacy [↗].
You can opt-out of certain collection habits of Youtube/Google in your account ad settings - if you have one - here: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated [↗].

I highly recommend using the latest version of Firefox [↗] with uBlock origin [↗] if you care at all about your time and privacy.
